Excellent location just off Piazza Santa Maria Novella, a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, central but away from the major crowds. The hotel is kept up beautifully, with comfortable beds, pillows, and linens, and thoughtfully placed switches by the beds. Full breakfast is served in a large airy room overlooking Santa Maria Novella. The water in the room fridge is very reasonably priced, and the restaurant recommendations are great. Would definitely consider again.

Location near the train station is fantastic. Tram from the airport ended just steps away from the hotel. The a/c was on point when it was 105F in the afternoon, the beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast was great (and ran from 7a-10a, though they still kindly served those who arrived at 9:55a). Some staff were friendlier than others, but all were helpful.

The room as well as the hotel deco was very impressive, bed is very comfortable and Conseige staff are very helpful especially the restaurants recommended are extremely good !! Love the idea your hotel actually printed out the concerns I have previously when I interect with them. The information given was very informative!! Very nice and helpful staff !!

We liked the fact you could walk to all the main attractions very easily and the square where the hotel was located had a lovely atmosphere, lively but not at all noisy.
